MEMBERSHIP RULES

  • After Owner agrees to join the Association, a copy of Identity card such as Passport or Aadhar card, copy of Sale Deed and Katha will be collected for verification.
  • After verification, the Owner will have to provide further details of Ownership related information and Property information.
  • The Owner will be requested to make the valid Membership Subscription Fee via UPI or Cheque. The fee amount will be informed to you by the Executive Committee member.
  • Upon receipt of the fee, the Membership details will be entered into our records which will be displayed. As of now receipts will not be issued as we have not yet grown enough to set up an accounting system.
